We have some groups that come just to catch perch. Most anglers though, catch perch accidentally while fishing for walleye or pike. Once our guests catch a perch, it’s often all they talk about.
Perch tend to travel in schools, and are found in and around the weedbeds. There are no catch or size limits on perch, so if you do find a school, you don't need to be nervous about exceeding your limits.
